Thanks for stopping by, as a IVR Business Analyst I face numerous challenges on the following areas;
a. IVR call design
b. Grammar recognition
c. Tracking the unknown web service error
d. Generating report on the calls result in transfer state instead of self service
I beleive web is the best place for me to share my thoughts and learn from fellow Analysts who are engaded in IVR. As a first step I created this blog.
